Casa de Campo debuts new family pool area, beach club, golf centre & more

DOMINICAN REPUBLIC — The five-star Casa de Campo in the Dominican Republic has unveiled a US$12 million renovation of its world-class resort.

Resort-wide upgrades include a new dedicated family pool area on the private Minitas beach, an exclusive beach club, a golf learning centre, a new banquet venue as well as guestroom renovations. All enhancements have either been completed or will be completed before the peak winter season.

The family pool area, which will be operational by Nov. 22, features two new pools, shops, dining venues, covered seating area and kids’ playground. It’s situated next to the new Minitas Beach Club, home to a 23-metre infinity pool, a fine dining restaurant and private cabanas.

Already known for being a top-rated golf destination, Casa De Campo will further appeal to golfers with its new state-of-the-art golf learning centre. It offers two indoor hitting bays, year-round training, individual and group golf lesson, club-fitting and repair, practice greens as well as unlimited use of the outdoor range for full shots.

In addition, the 64 Pete Dye Golf Lodge Rooms have received a refresh, complete with larger bathrooms with walk-in showers, walk-in closets, espresso machines and full-service minibars. These upgraded rooms will be available to guests starting Nov. 22.
