The hotel company has announced that it will be opening Hard Rock Hotel New Orleans and the Residences in spring 2019, an 18-storey building situated in the heart of the French Quarter, blocks from the sixth largest convention centre in the United States. Accommodating both business and leisure guests, it will offer 350 rooms plus 62 one-, two- and three-bedroom units available for purchase beginning in spring 2018.

Almost every room at the hotel will offer a balcony or terrace overlooking the city, including Canal-facing, parade-route suites. There’ll be an upscale restaurant that serves authentic Louisiana seafood, an exclusive lobby bar, a rooftop sky bar and lounge with 360-degree views, and four meeting spaces along with two ballrooms. And in true Hard Rock fashion, walls throughout the property will be adorned with music memorabilia that reflect the local music scene.

Guests can also take advantage of the company’s brand-wide amenities and programs, including the Rock shop, where they can purchase iconic Hard Rock merchandise, as well as Sound Body wellness experiences, such as a fully-equipped Body Rock workout facilities and Rock Om, an in-room yoga experience that incorporates music. Also available will be the brand’s signature Sound of Your Stay amenity program, an interactive music experience enjoyed from the comfort of one’s room. And as an added bonus, guests can indulge in VIP services typically reserved for musical legends on the eight floor’s Rock Royalty Level and Lounge.
