TORONTO — Avalon Waterways has announced the first winner of its ‘Year of SUITENESS agent contest, which awards one lucky Canadian agent with a free river cruise every month in 2018.

John Laking of Laking Travel in Barrie, Ont., has won an eight-day European river cruise in Avalon’s signature Panorama Suite.

To participate in the contest, agents with at least one booking can earn additional ballots by posting about Avalon on social media using the hashtags #AvalonWaterwaysEurope, #AvalonWaterwaysAsia, #AvalonActiveDiscoveryRhine, #AvalonActiveDiscoveryDanube, or #BestViewsonAvalon. Both group and individual bookings are eligible.
