Two Ontario agencies join UNIGLOBE Partner Agency program

TORONTO — Orion Travelinx in Burlington and Voyageur Travel in Newmarket have joined UNIGLOBE Travel’s (Eastern Canada) UNIGLOBE Partner Agency program. The UNIGLOBE Partner Agency Program assists agencies in growing their corporate business.

Orion and Voyageur are owned by David Harris and his daughter Lauren, who manages Business Development and Marketing for both brands. David Harris is a 30+ year industry veteran with extensive knowledge and involvement in the industry.

The two offices will remain Ensemble agencies in addition to their affiliation on the corporate side with UNIGLOBE Travel.

David Harris will continue his tenure as an elected Director of the Board for Ensemble Travel Group. “For anyone that is engaged in CTM today, it is imperative to have both the tools and organization to back up the frontline efforts,” he said. “UNIGLOBE Travel is a well-reputed, global provider that will fulfill these needs for both ourselves and our clients. We look forward to the mutual benefits that will be foundational with respect to our mutual successes.”

James McNair, Regional President of UNIGLOBE Travel (Eastern Canada) said he could not be more pleased to welcome David Harris and his team into the UNIGLOBE family. “David is one of the most respected gentlemen in the travel industry and with his knowledge and wisdom I am looking forward to both organizations growing and learning from each other.”

UNIGLOBE Travel has more than 60 countries across six continents. Operating under a well-known brand name, UNIGLOBE travel agencies specialize in providing travel services to small and mid-sized corporate accounts and to leisure travellers. Annual system-wide sales volume is $5 billion, says McNair.
